2. Product and Orders
We offer a physical card game “Bomb the Hill” available for purchase via email communication.
Orders are placed by contacting us directly by email. After receiving your request, we will provide the total price including shipping costs and payment instructions. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
3. Payment
Payments are processed via PayPal unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes where required.
4. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Once the Product has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third parties.
5. Returns and Refunds
If the Product arrives damaged, customers may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery.
We may request a photo as proof of damage. Returns for other reasons are accepted at our discretion and only if the Product is returned in its original condition.
6. Liability
Bomb the Hill is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the Product, or for delays or failures caused by external services such as postal or courier companies.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
